Neglect Accounts reports and Post

Hello Everyone:

Is it possible to get Post listed on a Neglect Account Reports.

I'm blowing my hair out trying to figure out how to get an accurate Neglect Account Report.

Accounts are show up when they are not suppose to.

We don't want any Accounts that have not be looked at for 90 days. We are getting Accounts that have active Opportunities, Quotes or Orders.

In a rollup field is being created what does this mean

Any help would be great.
