I'm trying to add multiple column sort for a look up view of entity in CRM 4.0. I tried exporting the customization for an entity and then edit the fetchxml by adding extra <Order> tag, saved the xml and imported back the customization. Published these changes through custom entities page and still changes are not reflecting on system. I tried to export the customization again and found that my changes are not available in the file. Not sure what is causing this. Can someone help me out on this? Btw, Import customization gave an "imported successfully" message.
