When an email activity in a campaign is sent, the responses are listed in the campaign response section, however upon opening it does not show the reply message.
Is there any way to read the email reply in campaign responses and quickly convert them to opportunity or lead?
In other case, too many clicks involved by going and opening each reply one by one and so on.... :(
