How to retrieve parent record's Id from a child record in N:N subgrid

Hello Team,

I have a N:N subgrid where entity1 is the parent & entity2 is the child.

I want to retrieve entity1 record GUID onLoad of entity2 record. (Need to disable some fields onLoad of entity2 record based on entity1 record information).
