Email Messages - is it possible to have a View that can sort by who the email is 'To'

We have this View below for Email Messages and we are displaying who the email is from , To, Subject, Date Received etc. however we are unable to click on the To field within the View to actually sort the list by who the email was sent to. anybody come across this before that has a workaround we can use. We've asked our CRM supplier but they've told us it's not possible !
