Roll up field not filtering correctly

Hello everyone,

I have a roll up field that brings invoice information on accounts that is supposed to be filtering based off of invoice date. It is supposed to only be pulling invoices from the last year. I checked  one of the accounts and it is filtering correctly. I checked a few other accounts and it is ignoring the filter and bringing all invoice information. I'm not sure why. Any ideas?
