On Tuesday 1 December 2015 the update to Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online 2015 Update 1 (May 2015) occurred. Since that point we cannot see any of our Contacts in the system. The system reports " Loading business logic ... " and won't progress past that point. This is a showstopper.
NB we can view organisations. And we can see links to Contacts associated with organisations, but we cannot open a window for any Contact.
Any clues? We have no technical gurus in this arena at hand at the moment.
