Dear All,
I don't know if I am missing something incredibly obvious, but I am trying to convert a few hundred Leads to be Opportunities via a workflow.
To do this I am simply using the Change record status to: Lead: Qualified.
I assumed this would kick off the automatic creation of an: Account, Contact and Opportunity record, but this does not seem to be the case.
Do I need to do more in my workflow to achieve this?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
