Hiding Command Bar Standard Out of the Box Buttons

Hello,

I am working on a requirement that on a custom entity to hide the whole command bar.

I tried to use RibbonWorkBench to hide them. But it is not working.

This entity will be accessed from a subgrid on a contact and account form.

I checked that passing  cmdbar=false query string to the link will hide them. But I could not figure out how to add this query string to a name link in the subgrid.

Any thought on this?
