Hello Everyone-
I often successfully use Marketing Lists to send group emails via Quick Campaign. My routine is to create a Marketing List which displays the desired Members to receive the emails. I then create a Quick Campaign, select Email as the Activity Type, assign the activities to "Me" and then Use an existing template. The Email defaults to my user profile in the From field. I then click on Next and Create and historically the Quick campaign is created.
The campaign then appears in the Quick Campaign listing with Activity Type = Email and the Total Members (which matches the selected members from the Marketing List).
HOWEVER, now whenever I try to replicate this process, the Quick Campaign is created but the Total Members shows 0 and the Status Reason shows Pending.
Any thoughts why the Total Members is zero and not carrying over from the Marketing List?
I should note that I'm currently able to send emails through the system to individual contacts using templates just fine. The problem arises using Quick Campaign.
