Hello all,
We were just recently updated in our CRM Online environment and I noticed an annoying change.
We email alot both in and out from our Service module and after the update the default FROM field in outgoing emails from cases is changed to current user (instead of the support account).
I wasn't working here when our original implementation was made and haven't found were we had that setting earlier, can someone give me a hint how I could solve this? I prefer using Rules/flows etc over custom JScripts.
