I was able to do add product line item back in mid-October. After getting reports from other users I went back to see if I can duplicate this problem. After creating an opportunity, when I click on the + to add a product line item, nothing is loading to "Product Opportunity". In the past this process work flawlessly, I'm not sure what broke.
