CRM 2013 on Azure VM - AlwaysON Issue

Does anyone have a proper documentation or link to follow to configure CRM 2013 on Azure VM for AlwaysON.

I have tried it but the CRM server does not recognizes the Listener and hence not able to configure/ proceed.

Any help with details and how to do this will be highly appreciated.

I have followed the following article to configure the SQL Listener for AlwaysON.
