To avoid being impacted by Azure outages when the Azure team moves VMs between racks we want to deploy our CRM 2015 environment in Availability Sets (https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/articles/virtual-machines-manage-availability/). Has anybody been able to successfully achieve this?
