I have created all the required date (services, resources, sites, selection rule) for scheduling the service activity. But I am unable to schedule a single resource for ONLY ONE service activity at a time.
for ex: Adam is scheduled for Service Activity "A" from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, now if I try to schedule Adam for service activity "B", on clicking "Find Available time" I can see him available from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
How to Handle this? this was not supposed to be the Standard Functionality.
