Rollup 17

I attempted to install rollup 17 on our production but this morning and when I was done and tried to get into the CRM software I was getting error - 

Exception message: Attribute objecttypecode on Entity PrincipalObjectAccessReadSnapshot is of type picklist but has Child Attributes Count 0

I then tried to uninstall the rollup and was getting a foreign keyconstraint violation and could not uninstall it.  Fortunately I had our network guy take a backup of the VM and the data bases before installing the rollup so we are back up and running but back on Rollup 11.

Any ideas what could be the problem?  It worked perfectly on our test server which has it's own databases.
