CRM 2013 outlook plug in sync issue

Hi all,

version :-Microsoft dynamics crm 2013 sp1 with update rollup 2

facing below issues

1.After installing outlook plug in sometimes context menu in outlook appointment does not work.

2.after adding one optional attendee in appointment  if we click on track in crm button. New appointment record  creates in crm, but that optional attendee becomes the owner of record in crm.
