E-mail Tracking - CRM Online

Hello we are currently using CRM Online 2015 update 1 but i think that this question will be general to all CRM installs , We are having e-mail tracking issues and would like a best practice / ideas.

 

So the situation that we are in is that each user is currently setup to use MS Exchange online as the Server profile as we use Office 365.

 

And we also have the outlook CRM client installed to manually track e-mails against cases/orders etc..

 

But we have been having issues where some of the tokens that CRM creates do not get tracked against the case/order etc..


And we also have had it where a use is not able to track anything from the Outlook CRM Client even tho all users are setup the same.


We have contacted MS Support to see what they say and they have said that this environment should not work and it dose for some users as it is pure luck!


Just need to see if this is the case?
