Hello.
For the record, I would like to say that I'm a novice with System Center Operations Manager, so please feel free to highlight any errors in any of the statements below.
My client is running a hosted CRM service. We are limiting our tenancies (Organization) to develop plugins and registering them in sandbox isolation mode. One of the things we are trying to monitor is CRM CPU usage based on their plugin activity.
This article says that "There is one worker process per organization so failures in one organization will not affect another organization." My question is: Using SCOM (and potentially the CRM MP), is there any way to get at the worker process usage, and drill down by organization?
I have created a Monitoring Wizard to measure the CPU performance. But that is on the Sandbox Service Level. I need it to be on the worker process level.
Thanks!
Steve
