Conditionally formatting custom view data

HI,

I'm wondering if its possibly to add custom data formatting to custom views. Basically what i'm trying to do is create a report that displays a contact's first/last/middle name in a particular order as "full name" based on their address country.

Ideally dont want to have to do this each time in an exported XLS and apply formulas there to do it.
