Automatically Match Contact to Parent Account

I already included this question in another post, but it was bundled with other questions, so I decided to start a new post.

What I am trying to do is this: We have cases automatically created from incoming email to our support email address, and this is working fine. With this though, a contact will be created if it doesn't already exist in CRM. What I would like to have done is that if the sender's email address comes from a certain domain it will get matched up to the account based on the domain. Additionally, I would like the case to be created for that account and not the contact.

Example:

  • New Sender is: joe@xyzcompany.com
  • CRM matches the sender with the domain xyzcompany.com to the account XYZ Company.
  • CRM created new contact with Account name as XYZ Company
  • CRM creates new case for XYZ Company

It would also be nice to pull more sender information for the contact like display name, but I cannot find where to change any options for automatically creating new contact.

Thank you for any assistance you can offer.
