Pulling Survey Feedback by Question Response

Hi,

I'm wondering if I can pull posted surveys based on a question response on the surveys.  In specific, there is a survey question asking how long the informant has been engaged in our service - I'd like to pull entire posted surveys based on the response to this question, ex.  all the surveys filled out by those engaged in our service for 1 year, 2 years, ect.

Is this possible?
