Publish reports

Hello,

We have CRM 2015 on premises. I have installed the reporting extensions, and this should have deployed the reports for the "default organization", as the documentation states. If I open the report server page in the browser, I only see reports in the "SharedReports" folder, so I suppose this is the "default organization".

I would like to understand:

1) What is the purpose of deploying the reports? In CRM, even if I don't see the reports in the report server folder, I am able to run the reports in the Crm application.

2) How can I publish the reports of the organisations other than the default one?
