Problem With MS CRM Outlook Plugin

When I click our organization tab at the bottom it does not load; just a perpetual: Waiting for a page to be retrieved from a CRM server...

I am using Outlook 2013

Microsoft CRM Online.

I have uninstalled the plugin and reinstalled 3 times with same result. 

If I click the CRM tab at the top of Outlook, I can create new accounts etc., which will open a new browser window; however, whenever I click on any of the items under our organization, it will not work.

Any ideas?
