I have an email activity that is from the email in the form of:
"Customer Name" email@customerdomain.com
I can capture email body and email, however I can't find a way to cupture customer name even though it is in the from email. That is a basic functionality for any email integration and coming from FreshDesk this seems way to hard to accomplish. I tired both workflows and queue convert rules with no luck. Anyone had any success? Do I really need to write some custom code to get it done?
