Outlook for CRM 2015 Online : issue "A record with these values already exists...."

Good morning,

I'm experiencing an issue with Outlook for CRM 2015.


When i try to track some emails in the CRM Online 2015, i receive the pop-up " A record with these values already exists. A duplicate record cannot be created. Select one or more unique values and try again".

I've tried to check if these emails are present in the CRM but nothing ! These emails are not present in the CRM.


I've tried to activate the Outlook Diagnostic traces but in the generated log files, the error contain exactly the same information.

I've tried to delete and reconfigure Outlook addin for CRM 2015 but still persist !

I've found similar cases on the Web with CRM 2013 that is saying the problem was corrected on the Rollup 3 but

i've not found something regarding this issue with CRM 2015.
