Unified Service Desk

Hi House,

I have Deployed USD on my CRM 2015 Server, also installed the UII solution to the CRM Organization, But i keep having this error msg "The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Unified Service Desk solution isn't installed on the selected CRM organization LAB-CRM." while loging in through the client.

Could some help with the possible cause of the error and the solution please.
