Microsoft CRM Outlook Client 2015 Version is not cmpatible

Hi CRM Folks,

I am trying to open email activity through outlook client. It opens but we are not able to edit it. Its optionset values, its text etc. 

FYI : User is administrator

If We opens it from bwoser (internet explorer & Google chrome), all things works fine.

FYI : MS CRM 2015 Server Version : 7.0.0.3543 and MS CRM 2015 outlook client version : 7.1.1.3113

Request you to all please help on it.

I have tried to install MS CRM outlook client version : 7.0.0.3543 from this link https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/download/details.aspx?id=45015 but after download and install it shows version : 7.1.1.3113
