We're on 2015 and when I create a Quick Campaign with one test user (allow bulk email, allow email set to true) no activities appear on the Quick Campaign Activity list and the email is never sent. It looks like the Activity is never scheduled. I looked under system jobs and do not see any error messages. Verified the contact was not excluded. Tested with Phone activity and everything seems to work fine with phone activities.
Not sure where else to look to see if errors are being thrown? Any ideas?
