Hello Guys,
we are currently working on duplicate detection issue. currently, we have this problem that even after setting up duplicate detection rule and settings, crm does not pop up any duplicate detection when two records have same data. Though when we run duplicate detection job, crm does show the duplicate entities however, at a time when an entity is created or updated, we do not see any instant pop up to warn for duplicate entries. this problem was never there in previous version. We have tried updating crm 2013 with service pack 1 version but the problem remains same
can anyone suggest?
