We have an issue with the CRM 2011 Outlook Client. When an email an email is sent by a user and then tracked from a person that is CC'd the from field in the email is set to the person who tracked the email rather than the user that sent the email.
We're happy to write a plugin to change the behaviour but we don't know how to identify the original person who sent the email.
Does anyone know if this is an issue with CRM 2015 / 2016 aswell.
