A few users need to change the owner of our cases to themselves and sometimes this can be time consuming as we are unable to bulk edit this field (on change field). After looking into this I saw that I should be able to create a workflow to overcome this but when I go to create the workflow, the field is not something I can work on. Is this correct that I cannot create a workflow or am I going about it the wrong way? Will users have to keep editing them one by one?
