Hi, i have a lot of process that send email automatically in CRM. A few email stucks in "PENDING" status and never send them. I want to know how can i know the reason, beacuse they weren't sent?? i read a lot of blog with some solutions and in some cases worked, but i want to know why to, in future, don't have this issue.
