Hi,
I was just trying to qualify a lead when a field is updated by using a UI workflow. So the workflow condition is like, if the field is yes, then qualify the lead. I see that the lead gets qualified but no opportunity is created. Why? Am I missing something? Isn't the behavior supposed to be the same as when we click the Qualify button as both are platform actions?
