N:N on Appointments

Hi,

I have a requirement whereby I need to create a N:N relationship between an appointment and a Sales Discipline.

I cannot add a N:N relationship under appointment as it is not visible.If I try a 1:N I get a parent record error on the sub-grid.

Anybody have any ideas?
