Error when resolving case in CRM outlook client

Hi,

 

We are using CRM 2013 UR3 SP1. The following error only happens when using CRM for Outlook client. When trying to resolve a case, if the case resolution windows is not completed within the next minute, we receive the following error:

I did a trace log to see what would cause this issue and this is what I get:

 

>ExecuteScriptFunction 'RefreshServiceCalendar' args '' failed to execute the function because it does not exist in the page at location http://SERVERNAME:5555/CRM/_grid/OutlookRibbonContextGrid.aspx?etn=incident&ver=63586058210862

 

I've try to look for this function in my case window, but it doesn't seem like there is a function of that name. Anybody has an Idea what may be causing this issue?
