I'm struggling to understand how to configure the "QueryValues" tool in the msdyncrmTools plug-in.
I want to populate one attribute on my Case entity (new_AssignToTeam) with the value of the attribute (new_AssignToTeamValue) from the new_ProgramGroup entity based on a filter by new_Program attribute on the Case. I have configured the query tools like this:
The first step in my workflow is this configuration:
The second step in my workflow is to update the Case with "Result1" (so, I think), but Result1 isn't in the dropdown for msdyncrmWorkflowTools.QueryValue ...
Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?
