Hi,
We are currently experiencing a weird issue in our Dynamics CRM Online in which after an appointment is booked the dates will change by themselves or even disappear altogether. For example for some employees the length of the appointment will change by adding extra days/changing the start date from a Monday to a Sunday. We also had an issue in which one employees whole Service Calendar was cleared of all appointments.
Upon checking the audit log it displays that the employees have rescheduled the appointments but we can confirm that they have not done this manually. We have checked all workflows, processes, plug-ins and web resources and can say that these are not causing the problem.
Has any one else suffered a similar issue to this and know a solution?
