Hi, I want to get your thoughts about the order of the installation of packages in CRM. Should the Live Assist by CafeX be deployed first before the customconfig/sample packages?
I've had a situation, where in I encountered an issue when I installed the Live Assist in a preexisting Unified Service Desk application with all the customization and configuration. Some UII Actions has been duplicated. (Here's the FIX that worked for me).
