Calculate product price based on Product Property?

Hi All,

I'm doing a research to see if I could derive the price of a product based on the Product's property (feature introduced in v2015) in Opportunity product.

E.g. I have Product Family called CRM Service, and there are 3 products under this family. CRM STD, CRM Pro, CRM Enterprise. All these products have a property option called 'Storage Space' which is an Optionsets having 3 values (5, 10, 25).

In addition these product are sold under 2 units, Monthly and Annual Subscription. So based on the unit the price of the product is changed.

Now the questions is how can i use the property 'Storage Space' selection to calculate my product price in addition to the unit.
