Email Tracking in Dynamics CRM Online 2015

We're using Dynamics CRM 2015 Online and the Dynamics CRM for Outlook add-in and have some questions about email tracking....

1) If there are multiple email threads being tracked as Activities in a Case record, is it possible to tag or flag specific threads as being particularly noteworthy (in order to make them easier to find later)?

2) If multiple users are tracking the same email thread and linking the thread to the same case, does the email thread appear multiple times in the Activity view for the Case?  If the thread only appears once, will it remain linked if only one of the users stops tracking it?
