Editing Scheduled Appointments in CRM for Phones/Tablets

Here's what's happening:

  1. Create an Appointment in Outlook.
  2. Set Regarding to a CRM Account.
  3. Wait for the Appointment to sync to CRM.

Then, when I look up the Appointment in one of the mobile apps, all the fields are locked. However I can edit in the web app.

  • There is no JavaScript on this entity.
  • There are no Business Rules on this entity.
  • There are no custom plugins on this entity.
  • The Status of the Appointment is Scheduled.
  • This does not happen to other Activities such as Tasks.
