Pop Account quick create form with pre populated data

I've one custom entity. In that Two look up field is there: Company Name and Name of the person.

"Company Name" Look up field linked to Account Entity and "Name of the person" Lookup field linked to contact form.

If I'm clicking new in the "Name of the person lookup", contact quick create form will pop up. In the contact quick create form, there is also a field name "Company".

Now while Contact quick create form poping out, the "Company" field have to take the value from "Company Name" in the custom entity automatically. How to do it?

I'm not asking for main form. its for quick create form.
