Hoping someone can help me. I'm new to Dynamics CRM (come from a Salesforce background). I have a user who constantly gets an error message when trying to navigate to Opportunities.
Already tried two "fixes" (use quotes because one is more a work around than a fix).
1. Delete cache
2. Auto send error messages
User is on a Mac, and the error occurs in all browsers (Safari, Chrome, Mozilla). I can't replicate the error on other Macs. Our other Mac users have no issues.
Here are the two error messages he receives.
First:
"Microsoft Dynamics CRM has encountered an error.
Please tell Microsoft about this problem.
Microsoft Dynamics CRM has created an error report that you can send to help us improve the product. Microsoft respects the privacy of your personal information."
The message code for the sent report was
<Message>TypeError: null is not an object (evaluating '$v_0.attributes.getNamedItem("previousClass").value')</Message>
Second:
"Error
An error has occurred.
Try this action again. If the problem continues, check the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Community for solutions or contact your organization's Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator. Finally, you can contact Microsoft Support."
