Recently I'm working on the IFD (Internet Facing Deployment) Configuration in my project.
I checked on Youtube and google for the reference video or post.
I find the config of IFD is really very complex.
The reason why I need to do the IFD is that I want to use the CRM for Phone (Tablet) function
which is only supported by IFD.
My question is:
1. After IFD config completed, is the login account still need to be my domain account?
Or I can create a HTML web form and call some api to create account in the CRM 2015/2016?
2. I find the IFD need to config the DNS and use the domain.
I have a domain account in Godaddy.
Shall I config the domain account in Godaddy config page to point the IP to my Domain Server?
The most confuse part of the IFD configuration is the domain name on DNS server.
I know how to create the AD server, there are lots of posts on the web.
But I remember I haven't setup a DNS server for my AD server.
