I have a user whom is experiencing issues when selecting a CRM hyperlink within an Outlook 2013 account. When the link is selected the user is presented with the following error:
“Something unexpected went wrong with this URL:
HTTPS://nortec.crm5.dynamics.com/main/aspx?etc=10008&extraqs...’. This program is blocked by group policy. For more information, contact your system administrator”
The user has the correct licensing within 365 and roles in CRM. I was able to complete the configuration wizard with the correct organization, the user is able to track and set regarding from the Outlook 2013 account.
I have removed the organization, reconfigured it. User credentials changed within AD yet still no improvement. However when selecting the hyperlink from the Outlook account within 365 it works. Outlook 2013 has been set as the default mail program.
Any ideas on how to fix this are very welcomed!
