Hello
I am a new administrator (with no previous experience of any software administration) for this CRM package, and I cannot seem to get the contacts to be seen after they have been imported. I have followed the presentation documentation on how to import the data, the correct file format, the upload summary, automatic mapping, mapping of fields, verify the import, but once i want to check the success, there is nothing to display.
Any help would be appreciated.
