When the Case is kept "On Hold" a timer should display for 48 hours and timer will expire after 48hours. Success Criteria is when Status is changed to "In Progress" before 48 hours. how to capture the Failure time and Success Time without using SLA KPI Instance. So that user can view Cases at one place which are going to expire(Timer Control) instead of opening each Case.

Thanks.
