Hi,
I'm fairly confident in previous versions you were able to create a 'Service Activity' in Microsoft CRM and it would sync to the resources calendar. I've just tried this in Microsoft CRM Online - and found this doesn't appear to be the case anymore.
Anyone know a more definite answer on this?
