We want to upgrade a CRM 4 installation to 2013 WorkGroup. We used to have 10 users, but now we have only 4 users, so purchased Workgroup edition.
The thing is we first need to upgrade to CRM 2011, so we got the 90 day trial. After installing CRM 2011, we use the import Organization functionality, to import our CRM 4 installation.
The problem is that the process fails, because we get an error "You have reached the maximum number of user quota"
We only manually mapped 4 of the 10 users we had in CRM4, user but it seems like all users are created anyway. Is there any way to avoid this error?
